DENVER (KDVR) — A group of tenants at a low-income housing complex in Denver has unionized and made demands about safety, security, heat, water and rodent control.
The tenants rallied at the Olin Hotel Apartments in Denver Wednesday, hoping to get their concerns addressed.
“You’ve heard the following demands. A pest control plan, security staff and infrastructure, full staffing, reliable water and heat, work order responses, and return of community building resources,” said Randy Kilbourn, a resident.
